The Copper Clam is an established restaurant on Brighton seafront that specialises in fresh, locally sourced fish and shellfish from a beautiful, recently refurbished venue.
We are currently looking for an experienced front of house manager to join our team. As a front of house manager you'll be responsible for supervising the front of house staff and managing the flow of bookings and customers. As a member of our team you'll need to demonstrate the following skills;
- Great people skills and a desire to always provide excellent customer service
- Ability to remain calm and professional in a busy environment and work well within a team
- Staff must be efficient, reliable and able to use their own initiative
In return you'll get an excellent hourly rate plus an equal share of tips on top. Weekly hours are flexible.
