We are looking for an experienced, passionate and down to earth chef to assist the Head Chef of a busy Boutique Hotel and attached Lodges on the West Coast of Scotland for the summer months - so ideal for someone wanting to go back to the Alps.
Majority of food is grown and sourced locally from the land and sea, and menus change regularly according to availability.
Candidates ideally will have worked for a minimum of 2 to 3 years in a professional kitchen on larger chalet and adept at catering for numbers up to about 30.
The role will include both cooking in the restaurant and providing private dining experiences.
A fabulous team in a very rural part of Scotland so candidates need to be outdoorsy, down to earth and team players.
There is also availability for front of house / chalet host positions so couples are welcome to apply.
